2023, known as the \u201cWhistleblowing\u201d Decree, Daken has implemented a system for managing internal reports.<br\/>Reports must concern actual or suspected unlawful conduct, acts, or omissions that may harm the company\u2019s integrity or reputation or that are likely to cause harm to the health and safety of employees, individuals performing work at Daken, and\/or the environment and the local community (administrative, accounting, civil, and criminal offenses) that come to light during and\/or as a result of the performance of work duties or by virtue of the collaborative relationship. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b18b33 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1b18b33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div https:\/\/daken.factorial.it\/<\/a> complaints, which also allows for anonymous reporting<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
