Whistleblowing Policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, known as the “Whistleblowing” Decree, Daken has implemented a system for managing internal reports.
Reports must concern actual or suspected unlawful conduct, acts, or omissions that may harm the company’s integrity or reputation or that are likely to cause harm to the health and safety of employees, individuals performing work at Daken, and/or the environment and the local community (administrative, accounting, civil, and criminal offenses) that come to light during and/or as a result of the performance of work duties or by virtue of the collaborative relationship.

Reports may be submitted in the following ways:

Through the HR Factorial software , by accessing the complaint section at https://daken.factorial.it/ complaints, which also allows for anonymous reporting

By sending an email to the address specified in the attached policy document, with the subject line “Whistleblowing”

If you are sending the report by mail, in order to ensure confidentiality, it must be placed in a sealed envelope marked on the outside “Confidential/Personal: Whistleblowing Officer.”

By using the designated “Whistleblowing” mailbox

Through a statement made and recorded in the minutes during a face-to-face meeting
